Overview:
Test kits for the measurements of components such as carbohydrates and enzymes in food, feed, beverages and dairy products. Kits include those for dietary fibre, starch, lactose, enzymes and a wide range of sugars, organic acids and alcohols in wine and other products. A range of other analytical reagents such as pure polysaccharides, oligosaccharides, enzymes and substrates for measurement of enzyme activity are also supplied.
